A recent closing with client Nixza is a true testament to Claudia's unwavering commitment.

Nixza, a single mother of two children with special needs, had a dream. She had been tirelessly working towards purchasing a manufactured home for her family since November 2022. By January 2023, she was on the verge of making her homeownership dream a reality. Nixza had saved for a down payment, bringing her closer to her goal than ever before. 

However, life has a way of throwing unexpected challenges our way. One of Nixza's children needed urgent surgery, and without hesitation, she selflessly diverted her hard-earned savings to cover the substantial medical expenses. Her children's well-being always came first. 

 As Nixza focused on her child's recovery, Claudia remained steadfast in her commitment to helping her realize her homeownership dream. She understood the financial setback caused by the medical emergency and contacted Nixza to explore alternative options. Together, they considered the possibility of applying for a smaller home (1,100 sq ft.), which required a smaller down payment. Nixza gracefully embraced this adjustment, recognizing that it would still provide a comfortable home for her family. 

But Claudia's dedication didn't stop there. An unexpected opportunity arose when she discovered a special promotion on the larger (1,560 sq ft.) home with Roots Audubon Community at Roots. With excitement, she drove Nixza to the location of her dream home, keeping the surprise a closely guarded secret. 

 When they arrived, Nixza's eyes widened with awe and anticipation. Claudia delivered the thrilling news that Nixza qualified for her dream home and was pre-approved for the larger home she initaially wanted. Overwhelmed with joy and gratitude, Nixza realized that the home she had always envisioned, with ample space for her children's needs and her own aspirations, was now within reach. 

As Nixza finally closed on her new home at Audubon Estates, it's more than just a sales transaction. It represents Nixza's indomitable spirit, her unwavering dedication as a mother, and her relentless pursuit of realizing her dreams for her family. It's a testament to the incredible journey of an immigrant Latina who fought tirelessly to provide her children a safe and comfortable place to call home. Nixza's story is just one of many success stories that Claudia has been a part of.

Another notable achievement is helping a military son purchase a dream home for his struggling parents. Claudia's compassion and dedication know no bounds, and she sees her work as more than a job. 

The most significant accomplishment for Claudia is knowing that she's making a difference in people's lives. She often says, "Commission or no commission, I did something good today!" Her clients become more than just customers; they become friends and extended family. Claudia stays connected with her clients through group text chats, offering assistance and reminders when needed, including tax reminders and other essential matters. 

A Multilingual Advantage 

Claudia's unique background is another key to her success. Hailing from Venice, Italy, with a Cuban mother and Italian father, she speaks five languages fluently: Italian, Spanish, English, French, and Portuguese. This linguistic versatility allows her to connect with diverse clients, transcending language barriers and fostering trust and rapport. 

One of her most memorable closings was conducted entirely in French, showcasing her ability to adapt and communicate effectively across languages and cultures. 

Claudia moved to the United States in 2016 and now resides in Atlanta, Georgia, where she sells homes at Audubon Estates. With over a hundred homes to sell in Audubon Estates she is on a mission to help families find obtainable housing and achieve their dreams of homeownership. Claudia emphasizes that it is a team effort, and she appreciates the support she receives from various departments at Roots Management Group, including operations, finance, and sales, which enable her to achieve her selling goals and, more importantly, help her clients achieve their homeownership dreams.
