When Susan Cano received the keys to her new home at Grand Missouri in Glendale, Arizona, her smile said it all.
“Everything is great, I love it here,” she said, radiating joy as she stepped into her next chapter.
For Susan, the moment was deeply emotional. After losing her husband two years ago and spending time living with her mother, finding a place to truly call her own again was both healing and hopeful.
“She cried when we handed her the keys and said, ‘Welcome home,’” shared Rudy Mariscal, the Community Manager at Grand Missouri, and who had the pleasure of working with Susan through the purchasing process. “It was such a special moment, you could feel how much it meant to her.”
Now, Susan is settling into her beautiful new home and embracing the community that surrounds her. “I just love it here. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming,” she said. “I already had company over; I love entertaining in my new space!”
