Roots Management Group took an insightful journey to the Clayton Wakarusa factory for a tour and sales training session. Spearheading the tour was BJ Kloska, Brand Experience Manager at Clayton Homes.
"Our goal is to show them the general process of building a home from start to finish," BJ shared. We get into lots of specifics throughout the tour based on what they see" added Kloska.
Roots Management Group Community and Regional managers were led through the intricacies of off-site Manufactured Home construction, with a focus on Clayton's pioneering e-Built technology. "What is e-Built and how it benefits your customer?" was a crucial aspect of the discussion, emphasizing the company's dedication to sustainable and energy-efficient housing solutions.
Tanya Wiebold, a Regional Manager at Roots Management Group, shared her thoughts on the experience, highlighting its educational value. "Everyone learned something new, from taking great photos to financing a home," she remarked. The hands-on opportunities provided during the tour allowed participants to grasp the finer nuances of the process, while informative sessions shed light on various facets of home purchasing".
