Her communities are not just manufactured homes; they are lively hubs filled with the laughter of children at the park and families enjoying the close-knit environment that Adrianna has worked tirelessly to foster.

"I love getting to know the residents; they are my friends, and some feel like family," says Adrianna, reflecting the personal touch she brings to her role. This genuine connection sets her apart and has earned her the admiration of those she serves. She manages the properties Villa Nueva/Wishing Well, Villa Nueva/Green Tree, Villa Nueva/Elmwood, and Villa Del Sol (West Winds).

Adrianna's commitment to excellence hasn't gone unnoticed. At the 2023 annual summit in Phoenix, Arizona, she proudly received the "I am Rooted Award" for Most Improved Community Manager, Resident Relations, and her unwavering Commitment to Excellence. It's a direct result of her dedication and her positive impact on the communities she manages.

For Adrianna, every day is an opportunity to ensure her residents have a safe, clean, and welcoming place to call home. From adhering to safety standards to maintaining manufactured homes and nurturing a sense of community, she takes pride in every aspect of her work.

"The parks are well-maintained and a great place for kids to play and parents to meet each other," adds Bravo, who delights in hearing children's laughter echoing through the community.

As the holiday season approaches, Adrianna's excitement is bursting.  “Christmas holds a special place in her heart – a time for celebrating the birth of Jesus, surrounded by family, friends, traditional food, colorful lights, music, games, and, of course, gifts” says Bravo.

Reflecting her caring spirit, Adrianna plans to spread joy within her communities. In past years, she has gifted Christmas presents to deserving families, creating magical moments beyond your average token of appreciation. This year, she has something special in mind – “holiday cards and candy bags for all. And, to add a festive touch, she is hosting a contest for the best-decorated house, for Christmas 2023”.
