Central Division Sales Manager
My name is Kyle Herschberger. I'm very personally interested in outdoor sports, winter-related stuff. So Vegas Golden Knights hockey, big fan of that. Skiing, I love hiking and biking with my kids. Those are the big things I do outside.
I work as the Central Division Sales Manager, and my goal is to help educate as many clients as possible who are already living with us that they can actually become homeowners with little to no money out of pocket.
I would love to see 20 to 25 new homeowners in my division each month this year. Where you rest your head and where your family congregates is your home. It's where you live that matters and it's where you connect with your family. And I love being a part of that because it's unlike any other purchase.
The community that you choose to live in and where you plant your roots is something that tends to be a part of your lifestyle for eight to 12 years. So it's one of those really big decisions that can be a lot of fun to be a part of.
