Yes, as long as it's specified in the closing documents. So just like when you buy a home, or you rent a car, things like that, right? You wanna walk through everything with the person that you're buying it from.

So in this case, the community manager or the salesperson.  I see a ding in the paint, I need that touched up, or the door's got a dent in it, I need that fixed. Everything would need to be noted on the purchase agreement.

An agreement would need to be made on that purchase agreement between you and the seller, us, as to when those items were gonna be taken care of, whether it was before closing or after.

Because after that point, you own the home, it's your responsibility to fix.
