Hi, I'm Tom Stapley. I'm an Executive Partner (President) here at Roots.

My primary role at Roots is I oversee development and site expansion throughout our portfolio. Additionally, I oversee and help manage our joint venture partnerships. I love being with my family and my three children. Love going on dates with my wife. I enjoy snow skiing, surfing, mountain biking. Being in the outdoors, just getting out and kind of freeing your mind and nature is important and it's an important part of my routine.

My goals here at Roots are over the next 20 years, through development and site expansion, add 30,000 new homes to the portfolio. My goal within our joint venture partnerships is to ensure that our budget, our homes plan and our CapEx plan are always in sync and always being executed.

I love being out in the communities, walking the communities, hearing from our residents and our community managers on how we can improve and be a best in class operator. So look forward to being with each of you out in our community someday.
