I did a lot of research on the mobile home parks a lot. And I looked online every day. Being more affordable is imperative. It's very important.

I was looking at other places out in Mesa and Chandler. They didn't seem as put together as this Grand Missouri is. It feels more friendly over here than it did in my old place. I like that good morning when the neighbor says that, you know. That's a great feeling. Main thing was Rudy and Eddie. I mean, they were just fantastic as a team.

They called me. They said, "Well, we have one that might be able to suit you." So I ran down here as soon as possible.


And Ed and Rudy were just as gracious as possible. And they showed me one that fit me to a tee. It was just perfect for me. I fell in love with it right away. I fell in love with the community because it feels more like a resort type of community than some in the eastern part of the valley. It just felt like it was a really, really good fit.

They made it easy for me. Everything I've seen so far has been just beautiful and fantastic. The complexes are just so clean and pristine.

I could tell by them working on this, just even from when I moved in, it's seen such great progress. They're efficient, extremely efficient. When they start a project, they complete it in a timely manner. They put in a lot of hard work.

I mean, it's obvious when you do it all around the complex and you see these new builds are going right up right away and stuff. So it's kind of exciting. You can see what's going to be coming around the corner. If you're looking, do your research. There's all kinds of places out there. You got to be up front and honest. And that's how I found this place.

 

So doing the research is very important. It was very easy for me. I would have no problem recommending this place to anybody. In fact, I did tell a few friends. It's nice to see a corporation come in and say, you know, let's clean this up. Let's make this as comfortable as possible for the tenants.
