Getting my Manufactured Home Title

Whether you plan to own your home or rent from us, here is everything to expect when getting your title.

 

 

What we do is, whether it's cash or finance, the title transfer will always be done through us. If it's cash, that title transfer, it's gonna depend on how long it takes the state to transfer your title. But once we get that title back, yes, we'll give it to you as soon as we get it back.

If it's a finance deal, the lender will hold onto that title until you've paid off your loan.
