How we plan to impact the Manufactured Housing Space.

 

 

What are Root's goals for the next one, two, five, 10 years? I would say our first and foremost goal is to be a best-in-class operator.

We want our community managers to feel like they're always learning and growing. They feel empowered. They feel like they can drive their business and drive their performance of their business. I think that's first and foremost. In our mind, we are not going to quit until we firmly know we're the best-in-class operator.

 

There's a lot of things within Roots we're doing really well. There's also a lot of places where we have a lot to learn and continue to grow, right? And so we challenge ourselves every day to become the best in class operator. So there's a balance, right? Because you grow too fast, it's kind of dilutive to best-in-class.

 

Over the next 10 years, we think we can get there. We really believe we will be there.
