How does Roots use profits?

When we sell homes, the proceeds are reinvested directly into the community to enhance infrastructure, such as road maintenance and tree trimming. This creates a mutually beneficial cycle, improving the overall quality of life for residents.

 

 

Really candidly, as we sell homes, we use those sales proceeds to invest back into the community and to fix the roads and to trim trees. And that's also just like a mutual benefit, right?
