Once Rudy took over the property, they just started doing a lot of renovations around here. Remodels, kitchens, it's great.


We have a basketball court now. So it's going good. It's looking better. As soon as they got in, I came here to pay a bill or do something, you know, ask them something and not introduce themselves. And oh my god, they're just bright, shiny people, man. Positive attitude the whole time. It's great. You can just feed up to positivity and it's a great environment to be around. I think they did a great job with everything. When they came over, they started just getting things in order.


And the new management is great. Can't ask for better managers right now. And if they got rid of them, that would upset me. They're nice guys, you know, for their own little thing going on. It's like they wave, they're friendly, they say hi. They're just very nice people. Make you feel comfortable. So that's what I got with them, you know, and look at this place. I mean, they redid the hall here. They redid the kitchen and we can go use it any time we want. So it's like, just clean up after yourself when you got it made in there. I might cut big cookies next week. We got the options. And that's the point. We have options here.

 

We have great amenities. So no complaints. If something's wrong here, they take care of it quickly. So there's no big deal about it. Now they're on it. I got no complaints here. I mean, the new managers are great. They're doing everything they can to make this place better. And it's working. Everybody's friendly around here. It's nice. Great neighbors, great management. It's a nice community. And I love it. You know, I can drive down the road. People honk. They wave. They're just very friendly around here. So you need something. You go knock on the neighbor's door to borrow it. You borrow it to them. It's just very friendly people. So it's the neighbors around here. It's just like, you get to meet people and you just get comfortable. But being a family park is great. Seeing kids run around whatnot is nice hearing their voices. It's neat. Peaceful. I mean, when I'm not working, I'm out there seeing it. Like I said, people drive by, honk, wave, friendly. You know, well, three o'clock today, I'm going to start my grill and start doing that. Somebody walks by. I'm doing big old slab of ribs. I'm doing a couple of rib eyes and burgers, whatnot. Somebody might drive by like, hey, what you got here? I'll throw them my burger. That's what we kind of do around here. It's very friendly, I can't complain. That's what I say, man. I'm comfy. You know, Halloween, I get my grandkids. I walk them around. It's a community. And when it cools off, I run around the park here, you know, just do some of these streets. I cycle through here and you just get to see the people, meet the people. You know what? 95% of people I've met here, very nice and down to earth. They'll welcome your house, give you a meal. You know, it's very nice. I'm comfortable.


I don't know how many times I can say that, but the pools are nice. So, you know, that and I've got the workout room. Now I use that, go there, start jogging and whatnot. So it's nice in the summertime. I got a jog out of the heat. I can just go to the workout room to finish that. And they got a big pool table here. You can't beat that. Something goes wrong. You know what? I can come over here, do laundry. We got a laundromat here. So you can't complain about that. We now have vending machines in here. Soda machine.


We got a vending machine and going to be putting a water machine in here. I'm loving that too. Now I ain't going to drive off somewhere else get the water. I can walk across the street and get it. That is huge. That's saving me money. I'm going to use my chevrolet and go over there. Or you want the Lamborghinis, right? Just kick up the desk. We'll get my own stuff now. I ain't going to drive to it. It's great. They're doing everything in their power to help us out, it seems like. So I'm digging it. There's enough stuff here to keep people busy. And I guess up front they want to put a little dog park up front too. So that'd be nice. I've recommended like a half dozen people already. And my daughter lives here too. Got her in here. So yeah, I got my daughter. I brought two aunts and my uncle. So, you know, I brought some family in here.

 

It's not just a friendly park. It's a family park. Bring them in, I did and It's great. I got no complaints about it. So happy, happy, happy. Come here, you can put a mortgage down and it's cheaper. I can't see myself going anywhere else right now for a long time. I really can't. It's just... that's home. This is home.
