Closing Costs & Fees

Are there any fees or closing costs when I buy a home with Roots?

 

 

On our end, as far as us being the seller, there are not. However, the lender will require some fees at closing. Generally speaking, the lender will roll all those fees into their loan.

So there shouldn't be any other fees, aside from the down payment, there shouldn't be any other fees. The one fee that we do charge at some of our properties is a processing fee of $300.

But that is property by property.
