During the home-buying process, Jessica from Sales kept me in-the-loop and told me about everything I needed to know each step of the way. I was nervous about how complex it was going to be to purchase my first manufactured home, but they really did make it so easy and painless.

We had visited & loved staying at Roots' various RV Resorts through the years as RV Full-Timers, so when we decided to purchase our first manufactured home, we already knew we wanted it to be in a Roots Community.

I never thought I'd buy a home and I really never considered buying a manufactured home until my friend told me about a Roots Community just down the road from where I lived. I was blown away by the quality of the home and how beautiful it was. The community is amazing and they just put in a new pool! Can't imagine living anywhere else now.

My rent kept going up and up and up at my last place until I couldn't afford living there anymore. I pleaded with my landlord, but they didn't care. Luckily my friend was renting at Oak Springs and I was able to find a beautiful home with a cute porch and a yard for my kids. I can't believe it! I feel so lucky.
